The Convergence Report
For eighteen months this program did something most commentary never does: it stopped quoting headlines and started pulling the documents underneath them. Patent filings. Corporate disclosures. Government exercises with published materials. More than 1,200 records, each one named on air so you can pull it yourself and check the work. What emerged was not a theory. It was a timeline, and timelines do not care what anyone believes about them.
The rule that governs everything here
One rule: primary sources only. Not articles about documents. The documents. If a claim on this show cannot be traced to a filing, a contract, an official report, or a published exercise, it does not get made. That rule cuts both ways, and listeners are told so plainly: do not believe this program either. Verify it. Every record named on air is on the shelf below, with a link to the original and instructions for pulling it yourself.
There is a second rule, and it is the one that keeps this work honest. Every contested record on this shelf carries a line called what this document does not say. When the organizers of an exercise state publicly that it was not a prediction, that goes on the page. When a scenario labels itself fiction, that goes on the page. A library that hides the counterargument is not a library. It is a brochure.

How to read a timeline honestly
Sequence is not causation. Two documents can sit next to each other on a calendar and have nothing to do with one another, and an honest researcher has to say so out loud. What a timeline can show is preparation, priority, and direction of travel: what institutions were funding, rehearsing, and writing into law before the public was asked to have an opinion about any of it. That is worth knowing on its own terms, and it is knowable without assuming a single hidden meeting.
So the standard here is narrow on purpose. This page asserts that these documents exist, that they say what the summaries say they say, and that they carry the dates attached to them. Everything past that line is interpretation, and interpretation belongs to you with your Bible open and the sources in your hand.

Is this a conspiracy theory?
The working rule of this program is that a claim which cannot be verified in a primary document does not get made. Listeners are told to extend that same standard to this show itself: verify everything, including us. Theories require belief. Documents only require reading.

Patent filings are free to read at WIPO Patentscope and the USPTO full-text database. Executive orders are in the Federal Register.
