What the document is
A statute ordering the Attorney General to publish, in searchable and downloadable form within thirty days, all unclassified records the Justice Department holds relating to Jeffrey Epstein, including flight logs, travel records, immunity and non prosecution agreements, and internal communications about decisions to charge or decline to charge. It passed the House 427 to 1 and the Senate without objection, and was signed on November 19, 2025. The Department published roughly 3.5 million pages by January 30, 2026.
Why it is in the report
This library exists to argue that the record settles questions the commentary cannot. Congress just ordered one of the largest document releases in the history of the Justice Department, and the files are online and searchable. Read the Harvard review already on this shelf, then go read the primary files behind it.
